The universal Law of Attraction says, ‘ask it and it is given’. Louis Hay in her famous book states that the universe totally supports u in every thought we choose to think and believe. Our subconscious mind accepts whatever we choose to believe, attracts and recreates, without the power of distinguishing good or bad.

As we pre-plan our daily activities, we can pre-plan the vibrancy of the day. You can plan the outcome of the whole day by planning your thinking pattern. The vibrations that we send out attracts similar vibrational frequency from the universe.

Law of attraction responds to you and your thoughts. Our subconscious mind and the thoughts running in it are more powerful than our conscious one. We are not true to our conscious self, what we think and believe in our back of the mind moulds the present and future for us. We are much more than our physical being or existence, the energy in the inner-being of ours has a greater role to play in defining our emotional quotient and consequent moments.

how to apply law of attraction in daily life

Ester and Jerry Hicks in one of their phenomenal book writes, ‘ As you are moving through your day, be sensitive to the way, you are feeling. And whenever you find yourself feeling negative emotion, stop whatever it is you are doing that is bringing the emotion forth, for the negative emotion means that, at this moment, you are negatively creating.’

Then, why not we use this powerful law in bringing the best out of our lives? Let’s start a daily practice of this seemingly- difficult task with these simple 4 steps;

Focus: At the beginning of the day, sit down and give yourself few minutes to decide and realise what you want from your life, and what you should do, or how you should plan your day to get the maximum out of it. In this case, you need to meditate for a few minutes to get all the answers to your questions. The unstable mind needs to be tamed for proportionate results. Connection to our inner-being is the mantra of happy lives, which can only be attained through meditation and mindfulness. A controlled mind will help you in prioritising your daily actions and focussing your thoughts and actions towards your dreams and goals.

Monitor your thoughts and actions: Always form a habit to monitor your mind and the running thoughts within, after every few intervals, and check and re-track its movement towards positive and your dream way-of-life. Administering your daily thinking pattern will go a long way in making you a positive person. Always indulge yourself into productive and uplifting activities that will gear you up more towards your goals. Practice gratitude in your everyday life to stay positive, because ‘it is not the happy people who are grateful, it is the grateful people who are happy’

Creative Visualization: It is the most important step in bringing the wanted goodness in your life. It is the way of deliberately creating your dream life, by positively imagining your life in a series of image. You visualise and let it sink into your mind so that at times you feel like ‘living it’, before it turns to reality. It is said that such visualization has the utmost power to bring the wishes fulfilled from the universe.

Daily Affirmation: Affirmations are simple, positive statements, about yourself or about anything you want to have in your way, with a definite goal. It is the programming of our subconscious mind, to make ourselves believe certain things or situations. Armour yourself with positive affirmations. These affirmations are generally used in the present tense, like ‘I can do it’; I am happy in my life’ ‘I am stable in my problems’ etc. Researchers found that positive affirmations resets and rewires our brain at the cellular level. When you feel positive, brains releases chemicals related to positive emotions. Through a phenomenon called neuroplasticity, a brain’s function can be moulded (as plastic), and shaped to a better one.

With all the wishes of positivity !!

Thanks for this wonderful post. This is like the movie ‘secrate’.

I always want to be happy from within. But some time without any reason I am upstate. I felt not to live. If I read something good it motivating me. But it is not permanent. I always try to think good or positive.

Does this is a sign of dpression?
